Introduction: Hi, my name is Jovani Melendez, a musician of over 11 years. I specialize in both acoustic and electric guitar. I provide guitar lessons for beginners to intermediate. In my lessons, you will learn the fundamental building blocks for guitar, from learning chords to song structures and making your own music. You will learn a full overview of the guitar and its mechanics.
I have been teaching guitar for the last 3 years of my musical career as a musician. I attended M.I. in Hollywood, California and studied under the likes of Dan Gilbert, Greg Harrison and David Oaks. I took 4 years of private lessons with founding Jet Boy guitarist Fernando Rodriguez as well. My last musical project was with the technical deathcore band Out For Blood from San Francisco. We have toured up and down the coast of California and released our debut EP in 2012.
I love the guitar and love to help anyone who wants to learn the instrument or maybe just has a quick question about it. I am up for all genres of music.
