FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in person consultation is advised. If however, one is not available to do so, a consultation by email is required. Some required items that will be requested are inspiration photos of makeup/hair the clients want to be achieved. A good way to find these photos are on Pinterest or bridal magazine. Another item requested is if the client has had their makeup/hair done in the past, please share them with us. Photos are a great way to convey what the clients want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having an extensive knowledge working in the field of bridal hair and makeup for seven years, I am a licensed cosmetologist registered with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. I am licensed and certified to offer professional hairstyling and makeup application using correct disinfection and sanitation procedures.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should always have a rough timeline including what time they need to be ready with makeup/hair. It is also helpful for clients to have photos of inspiration to work with so that their session can run smoothly.
