Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Window cleaning, in & out; pressure washing patios , decks, sidewalks & driveways; general cleaning of residences when property is for sale; renewal cleaning of rental properties-apartments, flats, condos & houses.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I ask them to count the number of standard size windows (Standard size = 1 double-hung window to include the upper & lower sections = 1 window opening) for a ball-park price.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Been in business since 1982. Most of our new business comes from word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers. We guarantee our work! If there are any deficiencies, we will return at no extra charge.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The variety of work we encounter. Almost every job is different from the previous one. And meeting interesting people who live in San Francisco is always a pleasure.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much will it cost? I say our minimum for window cleaning is $140 for 12 windows, cleaning both surfaces.
Our minimum for pressure washing is $190 for about 3 hours work. Our hourly charge is $25 per hour and we pay slightly more than minimum wage ($10/hr) to our valued workers.
