Question and answer

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Costumers should know what their budget is. It makes the planning of the work a lot easier and eliminates the client's concern that the expenses are going to go out of control. Everyone is happier this way.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My services are intended for homeowners who can't afford a big scale home staging but still want to show their home in its best light in order to sell faster and at the best price. My work consists in identifying any flaws, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and neutralizing homes so as to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. I'll use your existing furniture and coordinate with the right colors to create rooms that look bigger and inviting so that potential buyers can imagine themselves living in it. And I charge an ALL-INCLUSIVE FLAT RATE, so there are no surprises at the end.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I think Staging is like producing a piece of Art. It requires inspiration and creativity. It also requires problem-solving skills, which satisfies my practical side. And when it's done, I can sit back and observe my production and feel deeply satisfied. That satisfaction is what fuels my excitement to engage in the next project, again and again.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Will home staging really help sell my house! Yes it will! Statistics show that staged homes sell in average 78% faster than un-staged ones. The concept of home staging is to show a house in its best light, and encourage prospective buyers to imagine themselves living in it. This is achieved by creating a space that appeals to a wide range of buyers. This space can't be too personal. Real estate agents believe that most buyers make a decision as to whether they like or not a property in the first ten seconds after they enter it. That first impression is extremely important and in home staging we pay particular attention to eliminating the flaws that may cause a negative reaction in prospective buyers.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Last November, one of my clients was hosting Thanksgiving at her house, with her ex-husband and her very criticizing sister. She was a bit nervous and I offered to help her set the table and decor for the occasion. We moved furniture around to make space and created an inviting atmosphere with seasonal decor. The dinning table looked fantastic. The next day, her sister emailed her to congratulate her again on the nice set up - my client told me later it was the first time her sister complimented her on anything!
