Who has time for house chores/cleaning?

It is time to discover the magic of our house cleaning service. We are two house cleaning ladies from Germany. We provide professional, detailed and thoughtful services to meet your needs (organizing, cleaning, washing, ironing and taming anything in your home).

We are available Monday through Saturday to provide you with cleanings that meet your schedule one time. Your home will be cleaned, to the highest expectations, by quality, trustworthy people and at affordable rates.

"We do not just make the beds; we also clean under them."

We vacuum, polish and scrub bathrooms and kitchen, and we use environmentally safe cleaning material for children's and animals' safety (I have dogs, cats, guinea pigs and children myself).

We will be on time to clean your house, condos, apartments, townhouse, office and commercial spaces.

Services offered are as follows:

* property detailing
* post-construction cleaning
* post-renovation cleaning
* new construction and rental property cleaning
* deep cleaning
* preparing homes/properties for open house cleaning
* emergency or last-minute cleaning
* spring cleaning
* basement and backyard cleaning
* before/after party cleaning
* move-in and move-out cleaning

We clean weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time.

We charge the following rates:

* $30/hour for 2 cleaners
* $20/hour for 1 cleaner
* $15/room for window cleaning
* $20/room for sliding door cleaning

  Maria is just great!
  She responds to needs very well, finds things that you did not know might be dirty and cleans them. If there is any problem, she will fix it with a good attitude.

  Absolutely fantastic. Maria is punctual, polite, has a fantastic attention to detail and a self-starting personality. On her first visit, she deep cleaned my apartment, did all of my laundry, and (after asking permission) reorganized all of my closets in a way that actually makes sense. I'm floored by how efficient and hard-working Maria is, and I'm thrilled with the results.
  
  And after spending significantly more time than she estimated on her first visit, she refused to take any more money than the original (very low) price she quoted me. Only after significant argument did I get to accept the additional check that I forced into her hand.
  
  If you're like me and work all the time, Maria is what you've been missing your life.

  Maria is friendly and reliable - I trust her to clean when I'm not home. Maria takes pride in her work, pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond what I ask her to do. For instance, she took the initiative to re-organize my closet which was a huge help. Maria also cleans thoroughly - we have a two-story loft, and she's able to vacuum, mop, clean the kitchen and bathroom, run and fold laundry, and organize our home in an afternoon. I have enjoyed getting to know Maria in the months she has cleaned for us.

  Maria and her staff did a good job cleaning my 7-bedroom house in Redwood City. We trusted Maria to come and clean when we weren't around. She was flexible and able to come on the day we needed her to come. She was also very affordable and her price was more than reasonable given the size of our space.
  
  I was disappointed that she arrived late. (She said that she was tending to another customer who had an emergency with an overflowing water heater, so maybe that's understandable.) Also, while she did a good job cleaning, our place wasn't spotless after the cleaning.
  
  I would hire Maria again because she was trustworthy and her pricing is very reasonable.
