- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a personal free estimate for the work. Because I love client referrals, I will take $20 off the cleaning following a referral, and a free cleaning after three referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I connect directly with the new client, schedule a convenient time to meet, see the property, and discuss any particular requests or concerns the client may have. Based on the size and needs of the cleaning, I provide an estimate on the spot for one-time and/or ongoing cleaning services. We schedule a time for the 1st cleaning, and off we go! I'm available for responsive ongoing communication by phone, email, or text message, typically by text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Excellent cleaning service is more of an experience game than one of education or training. I've been in this business for more than 20 years now. Even more fundamentally, I have an aptitude for it. I'm neat and clean person and have been all my life! I love to keep my own house sparkling. When I was little, I kept my room tidy, and I helped my mom keep the whole home clean despite the demands that come from being part of a large family!
