All we offer is quality in our service. We have a compromise with ourselves that every client that requires our service has to be satisfied from start to finish. We have a flat rate for repeated service and an hourly rate for one-time service. In our flat rate, we just estimate how much it costs you for the job. Our hourly rate is $36 per hour with a team of two and a minimum time of two hours.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most top of jobs are apartments, people call to clean in general,they point to many times to bathrooms,other times we clean just the garage but specifically we clean everything customers want us to clean,one day a gentleman call to get his dishes washed, yes we went there and then he said well this is what i have this dishes haven't been washed for over a year, this is true. We accept to do the job of course was hard to get it done we spend 6 hours to do it two people, he pay us really good, so the mesage is everything we clean.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check references, and look for their attitude before you fully trust any one in your house,ask questions,and watch for those answers.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How many years are you in business? Are you personally doing the job or supervising your team? Do you send the send the same cleaners every time or do you change team? And how do you select the people who work with you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We do residential and commercial cleaning,carpet shampoo,windows cleaning, construction clean up, floor strip and waxing, floor buffing, so here it goes residential service,no matter how dirty your kitchen is we clean every single spot, aunder refri we move it if its moveable,or any other moveable item,bathrooms,we scrub bathtube to get to the original color,as well as the shower walls,sinks and toilets,all clean to the maximum. Finally we really care about our customers satisfaction, by working hard,we make their money worth it,we don't just work for the money, but to bulid a strong comunication in the comunity.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like when my clients sees their place after we finish,that expression in their face that they can not believe how spark less their home are, its a good fillings for the accomplished and serve them the way they deserve it

A. Simple, are you doing the same every time you clean my house? Or I am going to have same team again? can you remind me days before your next visit?

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes.
this was about three years ago, I was cleaning a house for about a year,every monday I had to be there at 8 am they did not provide me a key to get in any other time, which was fine with me,the marriage were planing vacations,they have two big dogs,and no buddy take them while their out for two weeks,I was just listening that they have that problem,finally I told them I can't take your dogs with me but if you trust me and give a key I can come and take care of them while you're out,guess what, sins then I have the keys and still taking care of the dogs when they're traveling.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I want them to know that every day I go to work I do think in them first how I can make their day easier by helping in their house, I want them to know that I'm a men of good faith been a christian I do everything in the name of God and by him by my side nothing wrong happen while I'm working in their house,just give us an opportunity to help and my God will bless you and your love ones,again we star our day in the thinking how we improve our work, because your impression is important to us.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. original I star it in cleaning work almost sins I setp foot in usa back in 1990, I start cleaning office buildings, Gyms, restaurants, I was working for a cleaning company,then latter on 1996 I desired to star on my own,buying contracts from big cleaning company, then in 1998 I left them and star geting my own comercial contarcts,first was only comercial service but we see that we are capable to offer residential cleaning, now I love cleaning houses apartments condos and more and people love the way we interact with them all the time,

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. well this was an apartment of two bedrooms one and a half bathroom, we were advised that they have not been clean their place for about two or three years,imagen how dirty it was definitely one of the most dirty place I ever seen, we work on that project by hour and spend 5 hours team of two people, we charge them $180,00 which them customer was so glad with the price,and he reward us generously up to $85.00 dollars on top of our price which we also apreciated.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Sure any one who like to get in to cleaning business needs to learn first that customers are always # 1, they have to know that a good relations with your customers will lead to a long term service,and they have to know that honesty is crucialto succeed,and care about your customer don't just go to get a pay check, but really care for them if they need extra help, besides your profesion offer them that help that makes you not only a better professional provider but a better persons.
