Introduction: Fariba Faiz is an experienced immigration attorney, who works in partnership with multinational and domestic corporations, their employees and private individuals, providing representation in immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for immigration review and various U.S. consulates abroad. Ms. Faiz is a 1997 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Ms. Faiz also holds a master's degree in international relations and public administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. Ms. Faiz was licensed to practice law in the state of California in 1998. She is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court of the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, as well as the Supreme Court of California. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association's Advisory Group. Ms. Faiz has presented continuing legal education courses for Sterling Education Seminars, CLE review, as well as the San Francisco Bar Association and events organized by groups, such as the Opinno (Clean Tech Conference), Iranian Trade Association, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Faiz is available to speak before bar associations, community and trade groups.
