Jeni designed the original floorplan of our house based on the relatively narrow oceanfront lot at The Sea Ranch with existing houses on both sides. Privacy from the neighbors was the most important feature that we required and this was more than adequately achieved. She then worked closely with the architect who developed the exterior of the house design, while providing complete interior design and lighting design services, including procurement of materials in many cases. She also managed many elements of the construction during the total 18 month design and construction period, including the LEED Platinum certification.
We are extremely satisfied with the end product, the functionality and quality of the house that was completed on time and budget.
