Jeff can fix any computer issue. It's fascinating to watch - kind of like watching CSI or something. I recently had Jeff repair my daughter's laptop that had crashed unexpectedly. I was considering just getting rid of it, since I assumed it was old and outdated. Jeff was able to fix it in about a day, which was way faster than I expected. He even updated it with Windows 7, and installed a few other nice add-ons. • Remote support is charged in 15 minute increments • On-site support is $100/hr and I do not charge travel fees • An on-site network consultation if free (wiring, Wi-fi, security cameras, speakers, TV, etc)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients first to see what their needs are. Very often we're able to fix the issue over the phone. If not, we can make an appointment for an on-site visit.
