- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in school for software engineering and pay attention to current developments constantly. I am pursuing numerous certifications for Microsoft, Oracle, Java, and Mac also.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a very tech savvy person. Ever since i was a kid I took apart all my family's electronics. I also fixed any problems my parents had with their TV, and when computers and cell phones hit consumer markets hard, I was always the go-to-guy for help and advice. I always help my friends on Facebook whenever I see a status needing it. Recently I have been building websites so I thought I should see if I can help some folks out with computer repair, tech services, maybe even web development.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most jobs mostly consist of desktop support. I find business owners too busy to set up their computers, keep them up to date, set up new hires, educate users. It is too much and too expensive for most tech services! I am just trying to help those who don't understand, or don't have the time. So I keep my prices very competitive!
