- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system is easy - I give the client a choice - hourly, or per question answered, or per document created or edited, or a lump for the entire matter - whatever the client feels is best for the matter and their budget. Some clients keep me on retainer (esp. lawyers or clients with long term needs).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have to keep up on all new case law for the respective areas I deal with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is my natural aptitude.
