Family Connections Coaching

Introduction: My life coaching practice focuses on personal relationships, because what matters most is often connected to people - especially our families. As a life-long educator in middle and high schools, I also coach parents on relationships with their children, especially at times of challenging behavior. Finally, as not only a Certified Life Coach but also a former chaplain with a graduate degree in theology, I have a unique ability to focus on our spiritual needs. My drive to be a life coach is fueled by the challenge, joy and satisfaction in partnering with people to learn and move forward in the things that mean most to them - including personal relationships, career, parenting or life changes. I have effectively coached many individuals to consistently give greater attention to what mattered most, in order to align their passion, purpose, and plans. Allow me to expand. Coaching can help you identify what is most important to you and how you want to manage your top priorities for optimal balance. Sustaining optimal balance is being highly healthy. High levels of health can promote greater strength, capacity, and flexibility. All to enable you to be and do your very best. Delving into what you're really about can give you even more clarity into what will grow maximum meaning for you and your family. This kind of alignment can empower you to be more creative and innovative in overcoming your greatest challenges and achieving your highest goals. Having coaching as part of your growth strategy increases the certainty of your learning, desired changes, and transformation many times over doing it yourself. Coaching provides dynamic, sustained encouragement, exploration, and accountability to ensure you are who you want to be doing what you want to do.
