My passion is to ask, "Where are you wanting to go?"
"And how are you getting there?"

As a trained professional working closely with people in a wide variety of settings for over 30 years, I have the intuitive skills to help individuals and groups see their true selves, capture a vision of where they really want to be, and empower them to get there. I love people and have helped hindreds all over the U.S., Asia, Europe and the South Pacific to find greater meaning and purpose. My doctorate is in personal and organizational effectiveness, so my trained passion is as a personal and professional maximizer.

One of the effective tools I use with people is the StrengthsFinder which helps people discover their top 5 strengths. I help them unpack the results as they learn to leverage their strengths at work, in relationships, and even in their personal spirituality. People and organizations who lead with their strengths are 6 times more effective and fulfilled.

No stranger to the pain of loss and failure (having gone through job loss and divorce), I have personal experience with pushing through the difficulties of change and growth to achieve new fulfillment, meaning and effectiveness in my life. My understanding of life's challenges and obstacles enables me with genuine empathy to help people flourish in their personal growth.

Life is all about change, not avoiding it (that's impossible), but learning how to manage it and effectively navigate through it will let you come out the other side of transition more whole and more purposeful and more maximized.
