Introduction: I really pay attention to my clients. I observe bone structure, eye shape, skin type, eye color, etc. and base my makeup decisions upon complimenting a client's best features. My goal is to play up what's most beautiful about the face that I'm applying makeup to. For that reason, my clients usually react with "can I take you home and have you do this for me everyday?" I love the freedom of expression. I love that it changes with every face and personality that I interact. What I love the most is the feeling of confidence and joy that I help in bringing out in my clients.

Out of all the makeup artists that I have hired, Rachel by far is the most talented. She is truly an artist. Whether you are seeking a natural, full glam, or costume/theatrical look--she does it all. Her versatility amazes me. I never felt completely satisfied with my makeup with other artists until I met her. My skin looks flawless every single time she does my makeup. She is a master of every makeup technique, but my favorite is her contouring. I call her the "contour queen"! I've hired her for my Wedding, Halloween, and small events. For my wedding, I upgraded my package for her to stay the whole day and do makeup touch ups. I highly recommend it to every Bride. Your makeup is on point throughout the night, and you get to feel like a celebrity for one night :). Seriously, Brides: it's your wedding, you're going to cry. The touch ups are necessary. You won't regret it, especially after you see the wedding pictures. She is professional, friendly and cool all at the same time. Once you have your makeup done by Rachel, you will find any excuse to hire her again for your makeup. Bonus: she is a pro at styling hair too!

I've hired Rachel on several occasions for make up and hair, She's hands-down the best artist that I've ever hired. I've had her do several different make up looks from dramatic to supernatural and have gotten nothing but compliments. She really listens to the client to figure out exactly what look we're going for. There is no look she can't create. Not only that, but I enjoyed talking to her, so much fun just hanging out with her and getting glammed up. Her artistry is just a cut above the rest, And have recommended her to dozens of my friends for bridal make up, going out make up and even Halloween makeup. Rachel is your girl.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with 2 brothers and a very feminine, glamorous (hot) mom. She showed me the fun and joy that is makeup. I started working for a Glamour Shots when I was 16 as a makeup artist. I jumped in with no hesitations and haven't looked back since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I most commonly do soft natural glam, bridal looks and sensual smokey eyes.
