I first met Maya on Feb 21, 2015 when she came to my house to do my hair and makeup trial for my wedding that was to take place in May. I had only made contact with her a couple weeks prior, but she happened to be available when I needed her. Maya had originally informed me that she expected the trial to last around 3 hours. I had my mom and some girlfriends over to help provide their opinion. I really wanted braids in my hair, and Maya did my hair many times over with various braids, and ending up staying 5 hours to get everything just right. She is very patient and really takes the extra time and care to get everything exactly the way you want it. She was also very helpful when I asked her about flowers in my hair for the wedding. She did not know offhand but did some research and checked around and came back with suggestions. She is extremely helpful and it is important to her that her clients are happy. She came back to my house on my wedding day, May 2, 2015 and did my bridesmaids hair, my mom's makeup, and my hair and makeup. It could not have been more perfect. I am not used to wearing a lot of makeup, but Maya insisted that more would look better in photos. She could not have been more right. The photos came out fantastic, and I received many comments from guests that my hair and makeup were amazing. I would hire Maya again if I needed my hair and/or makeup done for another occasion.

Maya did my bridal make-up for me at my house. She was on time, and since I have asked her to do a little extra, it took about 1 1/2 hrs. She is a sweet young lady who has ambitions, very well equipped from chair to lighting, not to mention the wide variety of beauty products. She did a great job. Very impressive.
