- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary. I work by the hour and will no longer do a commission only or stock options - it just doesn't happen. I am a very hard worker, committed and deserve to be fairly paid for my efforts. You can depend on me and trust me, that is valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation, you tell me about your company/product and what you want to achieve. We talk about my experience and what you envision. I learn how to represent your company/brand and believe in what you are doing so that I can get into the C-level offices or whomever you wish to speak to. I set up the appointment and can certainly do some pre-sales myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life! I have worked on the phone for 30 years. I love to connect with people, determine their needs and provide them with services/products I believe would benefit their company. I establish a RELATIONSHIP and you take it from there...or I'll do more if you prefer.
