Introduction: In addition to Personal Training, I am certified in Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Training, Pilates Mat, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Vitality Integration Performance Reconditioning (Vipr), and Group Exercise. I have worked as a trainer and group exercise instructor for over 8 years and love what I do.
I have a background in education and utilize my teaching skills in all my personal training sessions, making sure all of my clients understand not only how to perform exercises correctly, but why it is important to do so. I also moonlight in local theatrical productions as a dancer and singer, and my skills as an entertainer come in almost as handy as my skills as an educator during grueling training sessions. Whether with laughter or patience, I am committed to helping my clients harness the power of exercise to lead richer, happier lives.
