Therapeutic massage is ideal when you're stressed out, training for a race, recovering from an injury or operation, or simply want to reconnect with yourself.

Reflexology is a delightful treatment for the feet and face, which accesses the entire body through specific points. For some, it feels more restorative than a full body massage!

Prenatal massage is a full body treatment for the expectant mamma, to relieve discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor.

Rosen Method Bodywork is a mind-body therapy that uses gentle, slow touch to access the unconscious. This modality is a wonderful compliment to any personal growth process (psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, etc.).

Partner Meditation Circle is available every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. No meditation experience or partner is required; simply an intention to be present with an open heart.

Find your balance with massage, meditation and bodywork.

Karen is an extremely professional and caring massage therapist. She calibrates her techniques to the individual needs of the body, while being in-tune with the impact of emotional and work stress on muscles and breathing. Highly recommended.

Karen is a great massage therapist. She really takes the time to listen to me and my body, and figures out my specific needs. I started going to her over a year ago, and I haven't been to another therapist since.
I am an endurance athlete with countless miles under my belt in the water and on the bike. Karen is great at resetting my body after weeks of condition training and abuse. After a few hours with I feel ready for battle.
I usually prefer a more intensive, deep massage with some wrenching and wringing, but sometimes I like having a relaxing massage as well. Karen has a different approach for both styles, and everything in between; a one-stop-shop.
    Thanks Karen!

Karen's incredible! Really. I've noticed lasting changes in my body since starting Rosen Method bodywork with her four months ago. Old knots are softening and my body is feeling more free and integrated after each session. So much more than massage - Karen's warm personality and experience shine through with a healing touch and clear intuition.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be clear about what type of experience you would like to have and communicate openly with your practitioner. Not all massage therapists are created equal, so ask questions before scheduling to ensure their style can suit your needs. (ie-deep tissue vs. light Swedish).

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Practitioners who incorporate a variety of modalities tend to be most effective. Feel free to ask what styles they offer or how many hours of training they have.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. "How do others describe your style?"
"What modalities do you incorporate?"
"Do you practice deep tissue?"
"Do you practice energy work?"
"Have you worked with (specific injury) before?"
"How often do you receive bodywork?"
