Introduction: I have the talent and versatility. I am an expert at finding the exact muscle that is causing the discomfort. Once the muscle is found, warming is the first step, and then some nice kneading and compression, lengthening, and stretching. I start out slow and gentle and increase in pressure as needed.
I go in from four to five different angles for a few minutes at each angle staying still with the perfect amount of pressure until the muscle is released. I go along the entire length of the muscle at snail slow speed with firm pressure to iron everything out.
