I provide tutorial services in all subjects to students from Grades K through 6.

Better study habits, overcoming test anxiety, organization, and self-confidence translate to better grades and more positive options for your child.

Listed below are my credentials:

• California credentialed teacher
• Fifteen years classroom experience
.Two years experience with Charles Armstrong School for
dyslexic children
. Five years experience with Asbergers's Syndrome (Autism spectrum), ADD and ADHD

This is my approach to teaching, and what I provide:

• Professional academic assessment of child’s needs
• Creating structured lessons for the individual child
• Skill, patience and thoroughness on the part of the teacher, and use of scaffolding and multi-modality techniques
• Learning strategies

With 15 years of teaching experience in public and private schools and a record of accomplishment in curriculum, literacy and cooperative learning strategies, I can help your child work through their difficulties.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Twenty years of teaching experience, including six years teaching students with Autism, Asbergers, ADD, ADHD and Dyslexia.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Enabling students, teaching them the skills needed to work through their learning problems and come up with a plan in which they can succeed!
