We offer many different types of meditation: Zazen, Tonglen, Lojong, chanting, walking, active, passive, visualization, guided imagery, etc.
At Raw Satisfaction, we do the work for you! Before being verbally guided through positive imagery where youre able to be as mentally passive or active as you prefer, youre asked to close your eyes and take three deep breaths. The meditation lasts for just less than an hour; however, many people feel as though only 20 minutes have gone by! The mind feels at peace, the body is relaxed and the positive effects are long-lasting.
