- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use "Exactimate" pricing software, mainly used by insurance companies in order to comply and provide accurate pricing -estimates without over pricing. We do work with insurance companies on daily basis including water damage, fire damage, mold removal and structural defects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visiting the job site, listening to clients ideas and criteria, advising them, taking dimensions of areas to be worked on, and sending the estimate the next day. Being in constant communication to bring the customer what they want, within the building codes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Entire personnel regularly attends classes including the office staff, to be at the highest level in our Industry. Continuous education classes are a part of our schedule, we have to be up to date with the industry in order to provide top quality work that meets constant changes in regulations and codes.
