Our nannies are “hands-on” with years of experience from working in daycare centers, preschools and as day and evening nannies. We are called natural nannies because most of us started working as a mother’s helper and/or babysitter at age of 9-10 and now years later we have the experience to nanny for your family.
All our nannies have background checks, a TB Test, two references checks and then they shadow me either two or three times. We also have meetings with our nannies every 8 weeks to review business procedures and learn new techniques. I also lead classes to teach new areas in child development.
Our nannies will create experiences for your child/ren by leading outings, and sharing craft and meal projects. Our nanny will help your child to put back items and to keep their space clean after activities. Our nannies create a safe and loving environment for your child/ren.
Nanny will make any meal for your child/ren and may even include your child in the process if interested. Nanny will help with all your child/ren’s needs only. We only perform tasks that apply to your child.
Our nannies are independent contractor and taxes are determined by you and your nanny. If your family hires one of our nannies to work weekly for more than 20 hours a week you would be expected to write a check to Natural Nannies LLC, each month. If the nanny works under 20 hours then it becomes the nanny‘s responsibility to pay our company.
Our rates are $18 for one child, $22 for two children and $25 for three children. Nannies work either occasional, part-time or full-time. Full-time nannies normally have more specific polices about sick days and vacations. Please refer to our polices. We don't charge registering fee. Just an hourly rate when our nannies work with your families.
Becoming a Natural Nanny client is easy. You begin by completing our paper work and emailing them back to us. We review your paperwork and schedule a meeting with the owner of Natural Nannies, LLC. I will review and explain all our policies and general information needed from our clients.
Finally, I will send by email nanny summaries for you to review. It will be your choice as to whom you will interview. Nannies will also share their resumes and references if you are interested in hiring them. We will check with you regularly to insure your comfort and answer any questions.
