I read nutrition and health articles daily that come to my inbox from several professional sites.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nutrition has always been a big passion of mine. I took a class in college called Nutrition, Culture, and Anthropology, which was about food and its varying meanings across cultures. From there I decided to pursue a Masters degree in Nutrition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide meal plans based on the types of foods an individual would normally prefer to eat. I also advise clients on what to eat in circumstances where they can't prepare their meal, such as attending a dinner party or traveling.
