All I can say is wow! I started working with Ahimsa 8 months ago and am so grateful I met her. She is a practicing physician frequently solicited for peer reviewed articles about her work both with athletes and the rest of us. She's an exceptional and creative trainer. Our twice weekly sessions are always challenging, interesting and varied. She's a great role model, is always my biggest cheerleader and knows exactly when to push me hard, when to tell me that I owe her "5 more" and recognizes when I've really run out of juice. I've worked with many trainers over the years but Ahimsa is unquestionably the best--part of what makes her so great at what she does is that she really cares about you as a whole person.

I have been going to Ahimsa for 8 years. She has taught me how to be in shape. I have so much more strength, stamina and general sense of well-being due to her insightful training.

I started to work with Ahimsa in the summer and there has not been one session that is the same. She tailors my sessions to my physical and medical needs and slowly I'm regaining my strength and energy. Thanks!
