Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: REALTOR®, Stager, Organizer, Interior Design Consultant Marketing - I will use my Interior Design and Staging background to present your home in a way that appeals to the most buyers, and sells for more money, in a shorter time than a home that is not professionally staged. I’ll work diligently to sell your property, utilizing my vast database of buyers, and agents, professional photography, and marketing strategies, not just put a lockbox on it and forget it. Communication - Communication is of the utmost importance, and often the lack of communication is the biggest complaint sellers have about their Realtors, so in addition to answering, and promptly returning calls, and emails, I will keep you apprised of all developments. I will give you regular updates on the sale of your home and the market, at least twice a week, regardless of the activity. I believe that it’s better to have an uncomfortable conversation than no conversation at all, but will always strive to have great news for you each week. Kimberly Kinsel I love helping people achieve their home goals.

Cleared out and cleaned up, with a therapy session included. Kimberly and I met at a party in San Francisco. I complained that my life was overwhelming, stressful, and I couldn't think straight. She told me about her business and was incredibly motivating. Who would think that clearing up your personal space could have such a profound & positive psychological effect? In a small apartment, stuff piles up quickly. Kimberly came over and we immediately tackled my closet. She was strong enough to take charge of my whimpering and sensitive enough to let me keep my old, ugly sweatshirt. Long story short, I took several bags to the Goodwill and a couple to Crossroads where they paid me over $100! Kimberly made me money! Next we tackled my overloaded storage closets. Kimberly knew just what questions to ask and comments to make to help me free myself of "stuff." I gave over 3 boxes of music that I'll never use to a pianist friend of mine who was over the moon! I now made someone's day! We continued on throughout my little apartment, with each section I felt freer and more motivated. I felt lifted and renewed. Why have I spent so much money on a therapist?! My apartment was now cleared out and cleaned up. Kimberly then used her design eye and talent to rearrange a couple pieces of furniture and suggest a color to paint just my bedroom. What a difference!! I would post pictures if I could figure out how. I felt like I moved into a new place. I felt like I stepped up from a struggling student, to a successful working adult. Funny, but true. Budget was a concern for me and Kimberly was sensitive to that. With the money I made at Crossroads I was able to buy all the paint and supplies I needed to brighten up my room. I never would have guessed that I could afford to hire a Designer, but Kimberly is affordable and works in your budget and lifestyle. Kimberly's talent, skill, eye for design, calm and grounded personality, and motivating spirit transformed my life. She turned my apartment into a Home. I highly recommend Kimberly.

I found Kimberly through craigslist searching for interior design help!! My apartment in San Francisco has an odd layout with a nook. The odd layout was a big challenge because we weren't utilizing the space to the fullest. I wasn't happy and my apartment didn't feel like a home. I interviewed two designers. Kimberly was not only less expensive than the first designer I talked too she understood my needs better. She came to my place and went through ideas she had and gave me some quotes. I set up some time with her and we accomplished so much. We re-arranged furniture, organized my closet space and got rid of a lot of clutter that was making my space feel messy. She suggested furniture pieces for the space and I was able to send her pics in emails and get her opinion and thoughts. She also suggested utilizing Pinterest to gather ideas. Bar/sitting room is almost complete and I am thrilled with all she's done. Kimberly goes above and beyond to make sure your space is functional and fabulous! I would recommend her to anyone looking to design a space and also organize your home.

Kimberly of Design-Aide is quite skilled at organizing. If you have clutter like I had she will tactfully but firmly suggest that you look carefully at what you really need to keep and what should find a new home. She will also help you to organize what is left in a way that makes it readily accessible and tidy as well. Though she has not done any interior design for me, I have seen her work. She has a great eye for color, understands fabrics and textures, and produces a final product that is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend her.

Working with Kimberly was amazing. She came in and was able to come up with a great set of suggestions to make the most of the small living space that we have without needing to make permanent changes to the apartment (we rent). She also specialized in making the most of what we already had in the apartment and finding affordable solutions for the rest. Kimberly was a pleasure to work with and we'd highly recommend her.
