Introduction: There's no such thing as a perfect wedding (or event) my job is to make sure my clients have fun and is stress free during the planning process and the day of and to make sure I'm handling the problems that arise behind the scenes. I'm very hands on and meticulous and not just a "clipboard planner." I think there's a handful of people who can honestly say they love their job and as cheesy as it is I'm one of them. I love seeing the event come together after months of planning. Executing a successful event where everyone is happy even as stressful as it was brings joy to me -- however odd that may seem.

Where do I start about how much of amazing planner Yvonne is! Yvonne took on the role to be my wedding planner and let’s just say it wasn’t your typical wedding especially working with traditional families and a wedding of 400+ people at a banquet! First off as soon as she agreed to do my wedding, she wasted no time. She is very much organized and knows what she is doing. She had a binder ready for me, and timelines of what needed to be done. She asked all the right questions and got all the contacts needed such as bridesmaids, groomsmen, vendors etc. , so that it was easier on my end. She worked with me about timing, and reminders of what were important to get done, and what can be done to get out of the way so I had more than enough time to fix anything. Throughout my wedding process Yvonne would email and call me to remind of the things we had talked about from the previous meeting to make sure that I have done my part. She collected and finalized all contracts of the vendors. The day of the wedding, she was a rock star. She had timeline typed out for my day along with, making sure that photographers, hair and makeup where done on time and most importantly the limo to pick the party up! She had emergency kits, snacks; things that I would have never thought a bride would need well I needed it! Because of her great planning and organization, I did not need to stress that things were not going well because Yvonne was there to fix it or make sure it was done. She was able to work through the guest during our banquet so it wouldn’t get too crazy especially with such a large party. She prepared me and handled all the final transactions at the end of the night, so my vendors were well happy and well accommodating throughout the night. All in all my husband and I were very happy with the way things turned out for our wedding. Due to a traditional family, Yvonne very was accommodating and flexible with us since we were sometimes not able to finalize certain things for the wedding without making sure with our parents (being traditional and such). She was well aware of certain traditions, and was able to not only work throughout but understand what needed to be done for that part. I would say she did a good job without much help. She made it easy for me and less stressful for me for my wedding day, I did not have to worry about my dresses, or anything that needed to be brought to the wedding banquet. She helped me figure out places to take photos ideas of what I wanted so I didn’t miss anything for my big day. And the great part is she helped me stay in budget for the wedding if not, found multiple ways to save money on certain things which worked out GREAT!
