- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading new information of what is going on around the world in the culinary field. I am consistently trying to create new bold flavors as well as research what flavors compliment each-other.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since the age of 6 I have always been interested in cooking. My dad always provided me with wonderful meals that always satisfied. I one day wanted to bring that same joy to my children, however I am young and have no children. So in that case I can still cook and provide great meals and let them experience that special moment when the fork reaches their mouthes and their tastebuds explode with pure joy and glee. I truly enjoy making people smile and seeing how happy they are when it comes to something that we do every day, eat.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide culinary services in which I can teach you how to make simple meals for your family to even allowing you to sit down and relax as I make the magic happen in your kitchen. Other services that I provide can be already having the meal prepared for you and dropping it off to you at work. Each meal is different based on what is requested of from the client. All of which is discussed via an e-mail quote or a one on one conversation in person or over the phone.
