It really depends on the amount of people because that determines my prep time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what's clients want, researching their ideas, going over recipes, technics, and styles .... and informing them, on how we can make their ideas come to life.....getting to know them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in culinary arts, over15yrs experience in the restaurant industry with majority of those years are in Michelin star restaurants
