- What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily cook for my "regulars," which are my weekly and bi-weekly clients. I create a customized menu based on taste preferences, allergies, etc., go grocery shopping, prepare, cook and clean the kitchen, all in one day! I am also available for small events and dinner parties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although I love to treat my clients to their weekly fridge-full of healthy and delicious food, I also love to put on parties. Some of my recent parties have included cooking for up to 125 people! My favorite parties are smaller though because I get to talk to the guests and get more personable feedback. I love throwing parties where my clients are guests at their own parties. I do all of the planning, grocery shopping, prepping, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and dishes, all while the client gets to sit and drink wine with their party guests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Call the chef and talk with them to get an idea of how passionate they are. To a passionate chef who loves their job, serving delicious home-creations is the most rewarding and exciting act that never gets old.
