FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you looking to hire a fitness professional there are two things I believe are most important #1. What kind of physical shape is the instructor in? I feel that it is my responsibility as a fitness pro to be in excellent physical condition, should be obviously apparent from trainers photos AND in person. One of my peat peeves; Trainers who talk about what they used to do? If a trainer does not maintain peak physical condition. Then they cannot help you achieve what they themselves have not accomplished. Does this mean that they need to be muscle bound meat heads? (NO). That is why I believe that the second most important thing you should look for in a trainer is very much connected to the first thing. #2. I believe the best trainers are competitive athletes. If you really want to learn from the best? If you want to gain real insight? Than you might want to consider a trainer who is actively competing in a sport. Athletes push the envelope. They take human performance to the bounds of possibilities. When you work with a trainer who is athletically active. Your most likely to have a much more complete and complet experience. Than when you simply hire someone who only knows. How to build biceps & tone buns. To sum up. I think it is important to look for a trainer who is not only in great shape. Look for a trainer who knows how and is in the practice of a creating functional performance in the human body.
