Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Private 1 on 1 personal and sports performance functional training. Complete cycling coaching services. Nutritional diagnostics and counseling. Consulting with websites and corporations on wellness and lifestyle. Ambassador to Health and Fitness.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Most people know me as a very experienced fitness professional and cycling coach for many years. But what most may not know is that I have been recently hired to write health and fitness blogs, cooking recipes and numerous articles in areas of how to live a balanced life especially those who are submersed in the city lifestyle. This realization gave birth to my company Urban Athlete.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I have been a dedicated and full time cyclist since 18 and professionally since 2005. This experience has given me every angle on what it means to truly be "healthy" and "balanced"

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have worked in this field and many related fields for over 10 years. I bring a unique angle to fitness and health having both a background in sports performance and nutrition being a professional athlete but also a strong niche in holistic health and preventative medicine.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. This is my life. This is my passion. I have created a personal and online service to encompass all area of health, fitness, and lifestyle to better balance the lives of everyone ranging from beginner to professional.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q : " Is it true that in order to lose a lot of weight fast I have to be on a diet and workout everyday? "

A : Absolutely Not! In fact, despite my intense background as an athlete, one key aspect I have learned in achieving maximum results without causing more stress to your life is learning the secret of being efficient with all areas in health, fitness, and nutrition. Achieving results through intensity, specificity, and outside the comfort zone type of training and living with proper rest can make anyone achieve what they are looking for!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been an avid athlete since the day I was born. I was coaching and training people by the age of 15. I became dedicated and fully submersed guru to fitness and health at the age of 18. My background as a professional athlete and struggling like all of us to find an inner balance with "real life" lead me to create the solutions in discovering anyones true "inner athlete"

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My latest project involved my first " in the kitchen " with http://www.velocurean.com/?p=2076. Where I gathered all organic and available produce to create one of my very own unique recipes. As an aspiring chef and meshing that with my functional nutritional background, this was my first project where I was able to showcase another one of my passions and talents.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. The pricing for my services are priced per project. I have services and solutions to anyone of any budget. For personal training it is a per hour rate ( depending on size of package ). Endurance and Sport coaching ( including bike fitting etc) are a monthly based package. Nutrition advising is a package service as well. All other services such as consulting work are on a per project basis.
