- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're interested in a trainer, give them a call and get to know them. You'll be spending at least one hour a week with them, and you'll want to get along with them. I've seen other clients so unhappy with their trainers, whether it's a personality mismatch or the trainers just don't listen to what the clients want to achieve/experience. A quick phone call can give you an idea of whether or not you two are a good fit, or if they listen well.
