- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my standard rate for a single training session is $180, I also offer session packages at a discounted rate. These packages are valid for 7 weeks and can be a great way to save money while getting the support you need to reach your fitness goals. So if you're interested in training with me on a regular basis, let's discuss the package options that are available and find the one that works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I believe it's essential to have an in-person assessment. This assessment will give us the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your fitness goals, review any past injuries, and conduct a series of fitness assessments to determine your skill level. This information will help me design a personalized exercise program that is tailored to your unique needs and goals, and will help you achieve the results you desire. So, let's meet and work together to create a fitness plan that works for you!
