Ben is one of the best trainers ever! I've been training with him for about 3 1/2 years now and it's been nothing but fun, sweat, hard work and results. He pays attention to the needs of his clients and incorporates their interests in to every workout. If you have a certain ailment or injury, he modifies the workout as safety is his number one concern. He pushes me when he knows I need some extra motivation and lets me do my thing when he knows I'm in the zone. Ben shows interest in my food intake and activity level on days we don't meet and even checks in on me just to see how I'm doing. It shows me how much he cares for his clients and that he loves what he does. He's everything I want in a trainer!

I have known Ben Tuia for over 10 years and can confidently say he is the BEST personal trainer. He makes workouts fun, effective and just right for my personal needs. I have some chronic injuries and he knows how to work around them while still helping me get stronger. I highly recommend Ben!

Ben is the greatest personal trainer ever! Every session was fun, challenging, and varied. I attained all my goals and beyond! Ben's knowledge of sports, exercise, how to avoid (and recover from) injury, and everything else fitness-related is unsurpassed. Plus he is a really nice guy!

    I played sports all my life. I started working out when I was 12 years old. I love working out. I like the changes that your body goes through that come from exercise.
