Simply put, I cannot say enough about Andrew as my personal trainer. My results the past eight months on losing body fat, gaining lean muscle, strength, balance and flexibility are proof that he knows what works and what doesn’t. Each session with Andrew is challenging and informative. He knows just how far to push me and then pushes a little further! I am especially grateful for his knowledge of body mechanics and injuries, due to his background in PT. Having had ACL reconstruction on both knees due to sports injuries in my teens and early twenties it was important for me to have a trainer that understood these injuries. I highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer, my experience has been nothing short of stellar!

Andrew is a wonderful trainer whose background in sports allows for every work out to be different and fun. Andrew has helped me feel better while working out and more importantly be excited about working out. I would recommend him as a trainer for anyone trying to gain strength, overcome an injury or reach a fitness goal.

Andrew is a great trainer! He really worked with me to design a specific routine based on my strengths, weaknesses, and workout goals. He was very motivating and pushed me to go further than I would have on my own. He also is very knowledgeable about nutrition and helped me modify my diet to make me feel more energetic. I enthusiastically recommend Andrew as a trainer!

Working with Andrew was wonderful! He had a great range of exercises that were unique, challenging and fun. He also paid close attention to my strength level and thoroughly explained everything that we were doing. I highly recommend Andrew as a fantastic trainer.

Andrew is the best! He was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was laser-focused on my specific fitness goals. He trained me over a three month period to recover from a minor knee injury and rebuild core strength and endurance as a runner -- in that short time he got me rehabbed and back in shape for a half marathon and I have never felt so fit :) Highly recommended for personal fitness training, and both short and long term goals!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I sell training sessions in packages of 3, 6 or 12 sessions: 3 sessions = $285 ($95/session) 6 sessions = $540 ($90/session) 12 sessions = $1,020 ($85/session)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    In addition to my NASM and FMS certifications, I make a constant effort to stay informed on the latest in the fitness industry - be it through seminars, continuing education, science journals, podcasts, etc. I do my best to filter through all the latest fads and gimmicks, and before I advocate an exercise, diet or training protocol to any of my clients, I put it into practice myself so that I know it works.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Shop around. Not every personal trainer is a match, but I believe strongly in my ability to deliver results to a wide variety of people, as my reviews will attest to. I make sure that my clients get the results they desire, while having fun and really enjoying their time in the gym.
