Introduction: I offer health and fitness consulting, 1on1 personal training & small groups training.
My goal and function is to:
1. Help people get started right, show them the right tools and how to implement them.
2. Present customized, sustainable and affordable game plan solutions to achieve their health and fitness goals, be it 1on1 personal training and/or online coaching support.
3. Create a community support system via Challenge groups to help motivate and inspire consistency to get results and encourage a health and fitness lifestyle.
