I trained with Caleb two to three times per week for several months before my husband and I moved away across the country. Caleb was very thorough- helping me work towards my fitness goals and continuously challenging me with new exercises. As a life-long dancer, I had always leaned heavily on cardio, yoga and Pilates based work. The strength training that Caleb introduced me to has transformed my body, and my perspective on exercise and gym time. Thanks, Caleb!

Caleb is an awesome trainer. He trained me for 10 weeks a couple years ago, and I'm in the best shape of my life because of his coaching. He challenged me everyday. He's a very friendly and smart guy. I highly recommend him!

I am training with Caleb now. I'm a skinny dude wanting to gain some weight by putting on some muscles. We do awesome exercises! I'm pumped about how my body is responding. His rate is the best in SF! I couldn't get a better trainer!

Caleb is an excellent coach and trainer. He is refreshingly knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition and can articulate how to maximize workouts for great results. He is upbeat and encouraging -- and tough when you need to be pushed to do that extra rep! His workouts leave me feeling energized, stronger and well on my way to shedding those extra pounds. He has even integrated tennis into some of my training sessions which improves my game and makes cardio fun. I wholeheartedly recommend Caleb to anyone looking to slim down, build muscle and just feel great...book him now while you still can!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    When I can afford it, I will pursue more studies at the C.H.E.K. Institute for Advanced Exercise.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I developed a passion for health and fitness while in grad school in San Francisco and the University of Nottingham. During those years, I was working hard on my fitness and postural improvement. I was also on the rowing team in the UK. I have a love for the sport of tennis.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I was a high school math teacher and an academic economist before I became a health and fitness coach.
