- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have clients with many different needs, from weight loss or weight gain (muscle of course). I have helped people correct there posture, rehab injuries, and even just create healthy habits. I am a people person and enjoy my job to the fullest. When you are happy I am happy! My goal is to help you create a happier and healthier you in any way I can!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
This is YOUR training session, it should be things that you like. It should be fun, but also challenging. You should feel comfortable and really like your trainer. However, you should know that you are going to work. To see results you have to give it you all, following the program is key. If you trail off of the program your results will not be as great as they can be. This is all about the work you put it in, you will train 1 hour out of the day you will be in charge of the other 23 hours.
