Introduction: My name is Ashley Hiben, and I am passionately committed to helping you adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle, so you look and feel your best. I pride myself on attention to detail and customer service. I use a guided and hands-on approach to fitness and wellness encompassing cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and nutrition. I operate from a belief that everyone can benefit from seeing a personal trainer - multiple times per week or even as little as once every few months. When it comes to your health, you deserve to work with the best! Having your own personal coach overseeing your program and progress is the key to success. You will get a call if you don't show up for your exercise sessions, plus I ensure that your workouts are safe and fun! I have a studio that I work out of, as well as I provide outdoor training at a location that is best for you. At either one you choose, I offer a variety of services to help you achieve your fitness goals, including private training, partner training, small group training, nutrition consulting, injury rehab, muscle conditioning, circuit workouts and more. I believe that health is happiness. I strive to make you feel good on the inside and the outside. Personal training should be personal. You should feel comfortable and have an open communication with your trainer. You should look forward to your training session, not dread it. I want to make it fun for you by including things you like to do! I will come up with a program that is just for you. My primary focus is to ensure that you achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. nothing but outstanding. positive, humorous, friendly, professional, reliable a true artist, we never do the same thing twice, plus she is sensitive to minor injuries that need babying, not to push so hard that there is more injury, but pushes to get maximum work in on my body and spirit

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have clients with many different needs, from weight loss or weight gain (muscle of course). I have helped people correct there posture, rehab injuries, and even just create healthy habits. I am a people person and enjoy my job to the fullest. When you are happy I am happy! My goal is to help you create a happier and healthier you in any way I can!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    This is YOUR training session, it should be things that you like. It should be fun, but also challenging. You should feel comfortable and really like your trainer. However, you should know that you are going to work. To see results you have to give it you all, following the program is key. If you trail off of the program your results will not be as great as they can be. This is all about the work you put it in, you will train 1 hour out of the day you will be in charge of the other 23 hours.
