Introduction: I create and help to execute wholistic exercise programs that help people to achieve their specific goals of strength, stamina, and other quality of life measures such as lower body fat, blood pressure and cholesterol, and increased energy and libido. I train all adults from 18 and up, and have clients from all age groups. Most of my clients are business professionals who have experienced gains in their field of work through a better physique, clear and sharpened mind, and confidence through strength training designed for each individual client. I also have programs for children 12 and up if they are in need of help with weight management, medical issues, or if they want to be a better athlete.
