I had not set foot in a gym for over 10 years but Shannon made me feel instantly at ease from the moment I met her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a true passion for fitness, which she applies to her own body and lifestyle (just looking at her amazing arms makes me want to push out another set!). She has also guided me in regards to nutrition. Fast-forward 6 months and I am 20lbs lighter and in the best shape of my life. I was so motivated and inspired by my workouts, I also decided to do my NASM certification with Shannon and become a personal trainer. This was a great option for me as I don’t do well with ‘online’ learning and the textbook is truly intimidating. It was great to have someone walk you through the different modules and to be able to get “hands-on” experience, and Shannon is fantastic at helping to make sense of all the material. Shannon is strong, smart, and a true inspiration and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Over the last year, I have been trained my body, workout techniques and lifestyle to transform my physique under Shannon Morse coaching and guidance at Ahmiel Personal Training. In a word, she is PHENOMENAL! She is a skillful practitioner of her craft in personal training. She has an extensive knowledge and full command of body's muscular and skeleton structure, specifically how they are intended to perform at various levels of performance, which is critical in setting/achieving personal goals that you may have set for yourself. She marries her anatomical knowledge with proper training techniques, extensive program designs and, perhaps, the biggest impact area, clean eating and proper dietary consumption to ensure your body receives the necessary nutrients to develop when it needs them the most, so your personal training goals can be attained. As a man, its important for me to look built, masculine and lean without looking like a "meat head" who lives in the gym. With Shannon's training program, I have added mass and clear definition to my chest, shoulders, glutes, quads and arms while simultaneously trimming off tough fat areas in the waist and core to achieve a balanced physical look. My progress in physical results are visible and have been impressive not to mention the additional benefits of boundless energy and clarity from proper diet. Shannon is exacting in her coaching techniques with a great balance and emphasis on your goals, commitment and personal timetable. IMHO, she sets a gold standard for any personal trainers to attain or match in this field. In summary, whatever your current state of wellbeing or training, you could not choose a better personal trainer for a person of any age, sex or physical characteristics. She couples her impressive knowledge with deep involvement in your program design and delivery wrapped in a spectacular personality. FIVE STARS from this transformed "gym rat".

Shannon is my personal trainer for more than three years. My goals with Shannon were to gain strength, lose weight and get fit to avoid injury. Shannon's strengths as a trainer are creating unique training sets, most of which use body weight and balance. She is flexible with regard to hours and always punctual. Shannon constantly monitors form, and pays close attention to when physical limits are being reached and tailors sets / routines accordingly.
