Introduction: I am very excited to bring my martial arts background, experience in gym training, and a thorough knowledge of NASM's Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model as well as a practiced familiarity with exercise modalities (Bosu, TRX, free weights, yoga and kettle bells) to my clients who seek to make thoughtful, lasting changes in their lives.
