Introduction: I have a non-judgmental and calming approach that my clients seem to respond to and which I have had success with. I am not the yelling drill sergeant type, I am stern when I need to be, but I am mainly here to support and guide you on the path towards your goal. I am always available outside of our allotted time together, if you happen to have a question or need advice on something. My door is always open.
I love personal training because of the variety of interesting people I get to meet and workout with, as well as the satisfaction that comes with helping an individual improve their life and overall health. I get the most joy out of seeing a client make improvements and hit personal goals that we have set. What I've learned over the years is that it's not all about physical training, but building a rapport and friendly relationship between myself and my clients that can last for years. With this focus in mind, I have found that not only can I improve people's overall health but also help improve how someone feels about themselves on the inside.
