My husband and I worked with Kwanua in 2:1 personal sessions. She's great at creating personalized workouts with modifications for two separate ability levels. She's also got a wonderful demeanor and warm personality. Just the right amount of pushing and encouraging for my tastes! She also starts the session with a warm-up and ends with stretching, which I appreciate.

Kwanua is simply awesome! She uses humor and her upbeat personality to motivate and inspire her clients resulting in consistent and effective results! What I love even more is the well rounded advice she gives about what to do out of the gym in order to maintain results! I highly recommend her if you're looking for a good workout and a good laugh!

Kwanua is the greatest! Always focused on my goals. Very knowledgeable in exercise physiology; mixes up the exercises to make them fun; and measures her success on my success. Gotta love it!

Kwanua is a very thoughtful trainer, making sure to tailor the sessions to the client's needs. She also incorporates a wide variety of methods (from cardio/sprints, to kettlebells, to Pilates, to both free and machine weights) to help clients reach their goals. Plus, she is unnaturally cheerful at early-morning workouts. All in all, she is fantastic at her job.
