- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO. Every session is unique and I create an estimate based on the requirements of the client. I do require a deposit of 15% and at least 48 hours to cancel to receive a full refund on your deposit. Less than 48 hrs and you forfeit the deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often discuss the first steps over email and then one meeting face to face to sign the estimate and verify the work. I then like to visit the proposed location if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an BFA in Photography, am a member of the San Francisco APA, and have certification for several types of commercial lighting and medium format camera systems.
