- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try several yoga instructors to find one that will best work for your needs. I try to work only in San Francisco so I can easily reach them at a time that will work best for their needs. I am available to have a private class at the Integral Yoga Institute or in your home of office.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My work as a yoga instructor is to share what I have found useful. Whether someone practices Integral yoga or another form, there are styles and benefits in all styles. Try several and see what works best of you.
