Master-V did a great job. I had a bunch of things that were just being put off (fixing a piece of furniture, hanging a heavy mirror, etc.), and Valeriy and his colleague finished them up and didn't leave behind even the hint of a mess. I will definitely call again when I have more work for them.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Excellence is an accident, it is a habit, said Aristotle 2500 yers ago. I adopted his philosophy. Year after year, mastering my skills , it gave me apportunity to be at the level I am now. My strenght is meticulous finishing work. Every project, despite its size, is done at the higiest point of performance. Even, when a client is happy with result, and I see that it could be done better, I redo work till my own satisfaction.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like my job for its creativity. What can be more rewarding when I look at before and after pictures? Old or broken things get their second life. Clients get excited;some of them had doubts if their belongings were restorable. They look at thier "new" old things, and their faces express joy, and my energy level gets recharged. My clients are happy, and I am happy too.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. There are no secrete, that all the customers want to know how much will the project cost, when will it start and how long does it take to complete, and of course, if the outcome will match costomer's expectations. The answers about lenght and cost of each project are usually depend on project complexcity. Satisfaction and appriciation in results are always present becouse of my personal effort, great experiance, and understanding of materials and customers needs.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Not long ago, I finished remodeling at small bar in San Francisco called Red Tavern. There was great variety of work: reconstraction of ceilling, painting using multiple colors, and my favorite, working with wood. I created wall design, wooden panels. Also, I was able to restore existing big wooden steering wheel as main decorative part of there design and made couple of soft benches. Owners are collecting a lot of complements from the clients. All that gave me some referals for more work.
