We have been using Maggie as our travel agent for several years, and we have only good things to say about her ability to help us plan what would be a great vacation for us. Her suggestions are well thought out, and yet she is not pushy about it. If there ever was a problem on our trips, she was right on top of it, handling it much better than we could have. Having always planned our own trips in the past, it has been great having her in our corner, and handling "the details." We have travelled 5 continents, and are planning to use her for the other 2 continents. We have recommended her to several of our friends, and they are also pleased using her as their agent.

Last minute I was able to tag along on my husband's 10 day business trip to Europe. Within his busy schedule, he had a free weekend so I called Maggie to see if she had any leads for a destination hotel accessible via a non-stop flight from London. Within minutes she emailed 4 amazing places with links! Because she spoke from personal experience, I was able to quickly make a decision and book it. We decided on La Residencia in Mallorca. The hotel was fantastic and a place I never would have ventured without her referral. She also handled all the other hotel reservations using the Am Ex Platinum benefit package. Usually I make all my own travel arrangements but I never could have done it in the 48 hours I had. She handled the time pressure with ease and humor and secured great values for the money. To be honest I was blown away by the luxury of her service and how fun she is to work with!
