Introduction: Hi! I’m a filmmaker and video editor with over 8 years of experience working in-house for a growing Silicon Valley tech company. In that time I’ve worked with clients like Nickelodeon, the Texas Rangers and Walmart Canada. I can handle a small single person interview as well as produce and coordinate shoots with a large crew. I'm especially familiar with narrative filmmaking & time-lapse videography. I shoot with a RED Komodo Cinema Camera and can handle the entire process from pre-production to final deliverable. I believe filmmaking is the closest thing to magic there is :)

Matt is wonderful to work with and my team and I had the very best experience working with him. We hired him to fil our work event for half the day. He was professional, captured everything we wanted, and produced a highlight video that we were all very happy with. Matt did a great job of taking videos and documenting our wedding. He was super professional and friendly, and worked well with the photographer to make sure they weren’t in each other’s way. After the wedding he quickly delivered the videos in 3 days. It was so nice to rewatch the special parts of our wedding, Matt captured all the key moments with multiple angles, and the video and audio quality were great.

Matt did a great job putting together my parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary video. There was a surprise speech and dance performance that we didn't know was going to happen but Matt was able to record both and add them to our finished video. I use the hourly rates to create an estimate and then provide a total flat rate for the job (so that there are no hidden costs).

I like to schedule a call, draft up a brief and then if we decide to proceed, I'll write up a contract and ask for a small deposit.

I absolutely love weddings. They can be busy days, but they are also quite memorable, even through a vendor's eyes.
